Vocabulary can be said as a collection of
word that a student has .It plays a key role in language.It is a type of bulding block in a language .In
the absence of vocabulary language is impossible. In general term teaching vocabulary means teaching
word,spelling,pronounciation,grammer and use. We need to have to be a rich in
vocabulary to express our feeling. Introduction of problem
Teacher can teach vocabulary in our
classroom s\he find it comfortable for the students and these learning.While
teaching vocabulary in primary level we should mainly focus on pronunciation
spelling and meaning.In the context of grade three student in my school
students feel difficulties to learn vocabularies due to mother tongue influence. Objective
of the study The main objectives of studies
regarding above mentioned problems in primary level are 1-devlope vocabulary power 2-enable students to express,their Preliminary Investigation I found the following possible
reasons for the problem related to vocabulary teaching. 1-pronouncing those
sounds which don’t exist in the student mother toungue 2-confusing
of similar sound Hypothesis To overcome from the above
mentioned problem the following possible remedy for developing vocabulary. 1-Starting with the
sound already known 2-producation of the

Intervention and treatment After the ongoing
regular classroom activities of teaching vocabulary interrupted through
different factors ,according to the above mentioned new treatment to change the
ongoing state affairs among the target group. I persuade students that good
pronunciation.I used the activities like translation menthod,explanation and
self defining context and student can also use dictionary with the help of
their classmate or teacher.To remove hindrance of mother tongue influence.I
used the materials like picture ,cards of new
words,dictionary ,charts ,audio and video materials. I activated all the students to use the vocabularies in
variety of situations. Evaluation I evaluated the students behavior
before and after the implementation of different technique.Vcabulary games and
activities in the classroom faster pronunciation of students.The students
expressed their feeling sentiments ,joy,sorrow,etc. With acceptable pronunciation
without any difficulty. Conclusion The student of grade three have a
high potentiality to grasp the new words.The new one method of teaching
vocabularies developed skills in students to use vocabularies in varieties of
situation The students enable to express their
feeling,thinking,sentiments,joys,sorrows,etc in self defining context.
